General: Short-lived perennial herb from a simple or branched stem-base; stems 1-several, simple or branched, 10-30 cm tall, glabrous or sparsely short-hairy basally.
Leaves: Mostly in a basal rosette, broadly egg-shaped, 1.5-6 cm long, 5-17 mm wide, at least some leaves pinnately cleft, others entire or toothed; stem leaves 3-7, oblanceolate, 1-4 cm long, narrowed to a short stalk or unstalked but not ear-like at the bases, entire or toothed.
Flowers: Racemes few-flowered (3 to 20); petals 5-5.5 mm long, white; sepals glabrous, outer two slightly bulged at base.
Fruits: Siliques, glabrous, erect, but not appressed to the axis of the inflorescence, 2-4 cm long, 1-1.5 mm wide, slightly compressed; seeds 1-1.5 mm long, wingless.
