Leaves: Densely tufted, deciduous, the stipes of old leaves not persisting at the base; sterile leaves spreading, broadly triangular, 5-20 cm long, 2- to 3-pinnate, their segments oblong or egg-shaped, each of them with 4-8 teeth; fertile leaves erect, narrowly triangular, their segments linear, 3-12 mm long.
