General:
Deciduous perennial, 5-25 cm tall.
Trophophores:
Broadly triangular or egg-shaped, with stalk from 1 cm long to slightly longer than the trophophore blades, 1-pinnate, up to 6 cm long; pinnae to 5 pairs, approximate to well separated, with entire margins and rounded tips.
Sporophores:
1- to 3-pinnate, 2-4 times length of trophophores.
Notes:
Recently described, its distribution in British Columbia is poorly known.
