Introduction
The tomato is widely cultivated in BC. Plants occurring outside of cultivation are frequently found as waifs occurring across BC that don't persist but regularly occur (Lomer 2013)'. In some situations, such as sewage lagoons, tomato plants appear abundantly (Fenneman pers. comm. 2013).
