In Canada, this species is reported from British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan (Zander 2012). Zader (2012) describes its habitat as "soil, gravel pit, pasture, lawn; low to moderate elevations".
This species was first reported in British Columbia by Ross Priddle in 1997 from McNeil Bay, Victoria. A specimen was deposited at the Clinton Herbarium in the Buffalo Museum of Science, New York. Read the BEN article on this species. |
