Introduction
This species is found globally in the United States, Canada, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Europe, and Asia; in Canada, it is found in the Yukon, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia (BCCDC 2012). In British Columbia, there are collections from across the interior of the province.
