Species Information

General:
Deciduous perennial with overwintering leaves arising in clusters from a short rhizome.
Leaves:
Narrowly lanceolate, 4-10 cm long, 0.5-1 cm wide, with jointed stipe and 1-pinnate blade with scattered brown and whitish hairs, but lacking chaffy scales; segments deeply cut.
Notes:
Plants of W. glabella resemble Asplenium viride.

Habitat and Range
