Summer Oyster, Indian Oyster. Growing from a decaying standing trunk in the forest north of Duncan Street across from the airport. Being eaten by Arion rufus, European black or chocolate slug.
Review Comments
Growth on alder means this is most likely P. ostreatus, though P pulmonarius cannot be ruled out just from a photo.
