Comments	This Mimulus moschatus was small and fits the subsessilis ssp of Hitchcock and Cronquist. This plastic genus is quite polytypic and is undergoing a thorough revision. Even the Schrophulariaceae family designation has been changed to Phrymaceae to better reflect the core phylogenetic relations.
