Photo Location	Vancouver Island, 16 km due NW of town of Qualicum Beach, 100 m E of foot of Nile Rd, E side of underground hydro-electric transmission cables.

Habitat	Beach foreshore, in dry sand with rounded gravel. Growing with Anthoxanthum odoratum, Linaria purpurea, Artemisia campestris, Grindelia stricta.
