This was taken in the Natural Resources Canada green house at the Pacific Forestry Center in Victoria. They are growing specimens in the greenhouses that will later be transplanted to the Gulf Islands. However those pictured here are from "escapee" seeds that found their way into a planter of Plectritus congesta along with some Lupinus bicolour, and seem to be growing quite happily in an area that is open to the elements, and are much more robust than the others growing in the greenhouse.
