Freshly picked plant, on my index finger to show the size of these structures. Tiny green 'flowers' on a short straight stalk; coiled stalks within stipules. Stipules and number of turns in the coils as detailed in the 'Flora' would indicate R. maritima; but these are certainly much smaller than the size range indicated.
