Comments	abundant in this south facing subalpine meadow just below summit of Slatechuck Mountain, with a tarn below. Also scattered along the ridge between Slatechuck and Raymond Mountains and in the subalpine meadow below Raymond at at a similar elevation. This species grows in the Estuary near my home in Squamish, I was surprised to see it thriving along this subalpine ridge, however Haida Gwaii's climate is wet and mild.
