Comments	Flower colour varied from light brown to dark brown verging on a shade of purple. Underneath flower very strong spots ranging from pale yellow to very bright yellow. Plants ranged up to 12 inches tall. Flower approx. 3/4 inch across and 1 to 2 inches in length. Trail was along a forested open ridge and appeared to be a dryer site with fair bit of green vegetation ground cover.
