Dragmacidon kishinense Austin, Ott, Reiswig, Romagosa & McDaniel, 2013. Family Axinellidae. A lumpy orange encrusting sponge that inhabits current-swept habitats in BC. Described as a new species by Bill Austin et al (2013). See ZooKeys 338: 11-28 (2013) for full description. Note that the published specific name kishinensis has been changed to kishinense to reflect the neutral gender of the genus name.
