Comments The Stout Soft Coral forms low colonies up to 15 cm across. It is very common in SE Alaska but seemingly less so in BC waters. In BC it has been reported from Work Channel, Langara Island and the Kerouard Islands. The Kerouard Islands at the southern tip of Haida Gwaii appear to be the southernmost record for this species. Named in honour of BC naturalist Andy Lamb by Dr. Gary Williams. See ZooKeys 283 (2013): 15-42.
